Secure Home Purchase is an outsourced part exchange company. We offer our clients a fully outsourced and funded PX service with the choice of a very flexible fee or discount purchase structure.We take PX off balance sheets, returning certainty and full plot value. This enables housebuilders to do more PX deals where normal price differentials or budget constraints may not normally allow. As we are only interested in the property being purchased not the plot deal, we enable PX for sideways movers and downsizers.
Our standard fee or discount is based against a ‘Target Achievable Price’. This is calculated from a comprehensive market appraisal which considers five key factors:
