Customer visits the housebuilder's new development
Customer will have a property of their own to sell
Housebuilder will discuss schemes and the potential for Part Exchange with the customer
If the customer is interested in the scheme, the housebuilder instructs SHP to provide an offer on the customer's property
How do we calculate our offer on a property?
1. We instruct an Asset Manager to complete a Market Appraisal on the property. This includes:

Visiting agents’ images and views on the property

Market evidence of Sold and On Market properties

Any changes in market conditions
